I couldn’t recommend Finest Van more. From booking via the phone to the actual day, everything was seamless. Nuno was so lovely - arrived early, nothing was too much, and had a lovely can do energy. He made the move so seamless. Will be using Finest Van again and recommending to all my friends!

I can’t recommend Finest Van highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The pre-move customer service was exceptional. Clear, responsive, and reassuring, ensuring I knew exactly what to expect on the big day. On moving day, Gerald Mufambisi and Thomas Gavin were nothing short of incredible. Professional, kind, and extremely careful with every item, they handled everything with precision and care. The way they organised the van was like a perfectly assembled puzzle, efficient yet meticulous. They were also incredibly mindful of where things should be placed in the new flat, making the process seamless and stress-free. Our move was slightly unconventional, involving multiple locations, yet their service remained flawless right to the very last minute. I can’t thank them enough for their hard work, professionalism, and support. A team of absolute rockstars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were really impressed with Finest Van's moving service! Rafael and his team were absolute professionals and made our move so much easier than expected. The crew worked quickly and efficiently, finishing ahead of schedule even though we needed two trips with the van. They handled all our belongings with great care, and we're happy to report that nothing was damaged in the process. What we appreciated most was their positive attitude throughout the move. They were friendly, attentive, and seemed to genuinely care about providing excellent service. Excellent moving experience Slightly delayed review! I've moved many times in the last decade and I can say that my experience with Finest Van was the best of them so far. I did a lot of research prior to hiring a removal company for our most recent move and ultimately decided to hire Finest Van. Ana Candelaria assisted me pre move organising the logistics of the move and ensuring I had full transparency on the pricing, the insurance, and the process. It was seamless and very straightforward. It was a two day job with packing of the whole house on day 1 and the actual move and set up at the new house on day 2. The team, Fabio Gouveia, Flavio Teixeira, Thomas Gavin and Ana were punctual (if not a little early), polite, efficient and took great care with our house and belongings. Not only did they navigate a slightly unconventional house layout, they managed to get quite large furniture out of awkward spaces and angles. I was very pleasantly surprised there was zero issues: no damage, scratches or mishaps. In fact, it was the first move of mine where not one thing was damaged or broken. The team leader was very communicative and ensured I was always aware of what was going on and managing my expectations. When they realised we needed more boxes, another member of the company arrived with the needed supplies and even stayed to help. On the second day, they were able to move and set up the furniture into the new house in very quick time and again, were not only super efficient but really careful. What I also really appreciated was that after the move, we offered a service where they picked up all the moving boxes and supplies and offered a credit back. Not only is it environmentally conscious but a nice rebate to receive! I find moving very stressful which is why I hired them to do both the packing and removal and had no regrets. I will undoubtedly use their services again and have already referred friends to their company.

Gabriel and Joey were absolutely amazing. They were efficient, fast, and friendly. It was my first move in London and I was doing it on my own, so I was very nervous, but I was in great hands and will definitely use Finest Van again in my next move. Thank you!
