I wanted to say how fantastic Raphael and Ricardo were. I cannot say good enough things about them. I had been so worried about the whole move from London to Brussels, but as soon as they arrived, I heaved a huge sigh of relief. They were of herculean strength, incredibly polite, nothing was too much trouble, really considerate and careful, punctual, efficient and not a single thing was broken.
